Found another Gluten Free Recipe Blog to love!

Have you been to I'm a Celiac.com? I've seen recipes pop up here and there, but I started poking around the site. I have (apparently) 595 recipes in my Evernote notebook, and along with 80+ cookbooks, there's always something new to try, so when it caught my eye - I have to dive in.

I really think you'll enjoy what she's offering.

My first attempt at a recipe will be this weekend - Gluten Free Crock Pot Lasagna!

I'll let you know how it comes out!

Now I'm hungry and it's only 11 o'clock.

Who needs pizza crust…

I love tomatoes.  And potatoes. (What Alberta girl doesn't like meat & potatoes?)

Blogged in 2009 by Marlow who writes the blog Gluten Hates me, I am very fond of this recipe.  I think because it combines the two veggies I like most, and reminds me of when I was a kid, mom made Hungarian Potato Pancakes. She said it was budget - but boy, I looked forward to Wednesday nights.

Makes me hungry just looking at it. Could be because it's lunchtime.

Here's the link to her recipe. I highly recommend you check out her blog as well.

Well did you know? Mennonite Girls Can Cook! Seriously!

I've had the Mennonite cookbook "Eating More With Less" for quite some time. It isn't a Gluten Free cookbook, per se, but it IS a guide to eating living well, with less, and with less-eaten foods. (Think pulses people… nothing gross here)

Imagine my surprise that There's a BLOG! AND (huge bonus here) there's a GLUTEN FREE section of recipes! WHEEEE!

Check out Mennonite Girls Can Cook blog and see for yourself.

I just love to share a good thing… and the recipe posted today… looks like a really good thing - and has a Gluten Free version!  The one I saw earlier for Balsamic Chicken… I have so many recipes to try…

Interesting new gluten free blog for you to check out

Well if you can't laugh about being celiac/gluten intolerant, then you should go sit in a corner away from the rest of us.

This blogger has the 'tude to make you laugh until you weep.  We've all been there… glutened by accident, well, her account here was a real crowd pleaser with a few friends I shared it with this morning.

Her blog Are you Freaking Celiac? has a dose of humour, (and a few F-bombs) with a side of good information.

Check it out!
